The yurts are located in a large wild flower meadow, with stunning views over the North Cornwall countryside and out to the Atlantic ocean beyond. Winding paths mowed through the long grass guide you to our handmade firepits and facilities.
We offer fantastic facilities for our yurt guests. In the kitchen you will find your washing up facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and our ice pack freezer. Each yurt has it’s own cool box and freezer packs, which you can swap from the ice pack freezer. A large communal dining table takes centre stage, available for guests to use for social dining or to get large groups round one table. The warm drying room houses drying racks - really useful for hanging out wetsuits that have seen a lot of surf. We have large bathrooms, excellent baby changing facilities and complementary natural toiletries.
Few modern campsites allow any sort of fire, but the crackling of a campfire and the smell of wood smoke in the air is an essential part of a yurt holiday. Our firepits are grouped together in a central location within the village and we positively encourage guests to make a campfire in one of our firepits – whether you want to sit around and swap adventures from the day, cook a superb dinner, or simply toast marshmallows. We also have fantastic dutch ovens for you to use on your campfire, in which you can create a marvellous, tasty supper.
